Outgoing Ambassador of Vietnam to Cambodia Mr. Nguyen Chen Thang pays a farewell visit to Cambodian National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin in Phnom Penh on Mar. 6 upon completion of his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
During the meeting, Samdech Heng Samrin thanked the ambassador and appreciated him for good fulfillment of his fruitful four-year diplomatic works, which led to the improvement of cooperation and relationship between the two countries
