H.E Keat Chhon presides over the 99th anniversary of the International Women's Day

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Keat Chhon, minister of Economy and Finance presides over the celebration of the 99^th anniversary of the International Women's Day in Phnom Penh on Mar. 5.
