Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen along with his wife, Lok Chum Teav Bunrany Hun Sen, presides over today a religious ceremony held for a new office building of the Council Ministers situated on Russia Federation Boulevard in Phnom Penh.
The new building was constructed with a fund provided by Chinese government and the construction work took nearly 23 months to complete.
