A U.S. warship USSCROMMELIM FF 637 has called at Preah Sihanouk Provincial Autonomous Seaport on Oct. 25 to conduct a six-day joint CARAT-Step II Exercise with the Cambodian Naval Forces.
The opening ceremony was presided over by H.E. General Tea Vinh, Commander of Cambodian Naval Forces, and other dignitaries on the USSCROMMELIM FF 637.
Cambodia is the 7th country in Asia joining the CARAT training since 1994 after Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Philippines
