Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith presides over here today the 2010 Deaf Day, under the topic “Deaf People Have Rights to Access to Information” organized by Cambodian Disabled People Organization (CDPO) in cooperation with USAID, Handicap International, and Action on Disability and Development (ADD) with the participations of more than 100 disabled people.
