Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith holds a press conference here this morning on Humanity Program “Its Not A Dream” co-organized by the Bayon Radio and Television General Department and Metfone Company.
The above-mentioned program is aimed at providing free of charge services to search for their relatives who are still missing during the wars.
