Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Keat Chhon, Minister of Economy and Finance sign an agreement on grant aid concession loan for three projects with the total amount of USD 65.2 million with Mr. Putu Kamayana, ADB president to Cambodia on Dec. 26 in Siem Reap province.
