Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (right) receives here yesterday a delegation of China Huadian Company led by its President Mr. Yung Gong.
During the meeting, Mr. Yung Gong told Samdech Techo Hun Sen that he has already held talks with Cambodian Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy and both sides have reached an agreement for the construction of Russey Chroum down stream hydropower in Pursat province which capable of producing 338 MW of electricity power. Mr. Yung Gong also invited Samdech Techo Hun Sen to preside over the inauguration ceremony when the construction complete in 2013.
In reply, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his pleasure and warm welcome to China Huadian Company for its determination to build hydropower in Cambodia.
