Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith, Representative of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, cuts red ribbon to inaugurate the South-East Asia TV station in Phnom Penh on Jan. 21.
On the occasion, the minister said the establishments of many television stations will help provide our people with more choices for their preferred channels as well as job creation for them too.
