An outgoing Ambassador of Germany to Cambodia Mr. Frank Marcus Mann bids farewell to National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhear Chakrei Heng Samrin in Phnom Penh yesterday, I finished upon his diplomatic mission to Cambodia.
On the occasion, Samdech Heng Samrin expressed thanks to the people and government of Germany for their precious assistance to Cambodia in many fields.
