Cambodian Interior Ministry's Secretary of State H.E. Prum Sokha presides over the official promulgation ceremony of the government's sub-decree on the establishment of Poipet city and change Serey Sorphoan district to the city in Banteay Meanchey province on February 14.
Addressing the ceremony, H.E Prum Sokha said the establishment of a new city and rename from district to city will better serve for the development and public administrative reform of the Royal Government of Cambodia
