Phnom Penh Municipal Deputy Governor H.E. Mann Chheoun cuts red ribbon yesterday to inaugurate a school building at the Prek Leap Community of Hope in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district.
The school building was funded by the businessmen from the Republic of Korea at the costs of USD 11,700.
