H.E. Keat Chhon receives a medal of Asean high honorary engineer

Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Keat Chhon, Minister of Economy and Finance, receives a medal of Asean high honorary engineer here on Feb. 15 from Mr. Prak Min, Secretary General of Board of Cambodian Engineers.

In the meeting, H.E. Keat Chhon said we have to prepare ourselves to compete with the engineers in the region and prevent foreign engineers from flowing into the country and we have to improve our Cambodian engineers’ capacity to be an important resource for the country development as well.
