Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor H.E. Sbong Sarath (Right) on Oct. 25 receives a delegation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by its Vice Minister Khuynh Vinh Hai.
