Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen meets with a visiting Nobel Prize Awarded H.E Joseramos Horta, President of East-Timor on April 21 in Phnom Penh.
On the occasion, Cambodian premier has welcomed the invitation of President Joseramos Horta to invite him for the visit East-Timor country.
Samdech Hun Sen has also asked for sending a group delegation of Cambodian trade to learn on potential for the investment there.
