Cambodian Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith and his wife accompanied by the ministry’s officials today cut threads in an inauguration ceremony of the new achievements in Southwest corner at Angkor Knong pagoda in Daun Tei commune, Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province.
