Kampong Cham’s Information Department Appoints New Director

Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith (left) hands over in Kampong Cham yesterday the stamp to Mr. Chea Kroch, newly appointed director of Kampong Cham Provincial Information Department, to replace the retired information director.
