A weekly meeting of the government of Cambodia was held here on May 28 under the Presidency of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen to review and discuss on a number of issues as follows:

1 - A draft document on the National Programme for the Development of Democracy at the Local Administration.

2 - A draft resolutions on the circulation of Illegal Settlements in Temporary Municipality, Cities and Urban Areas.

3 - A draft agreement of FTA between ASEAN-Australia and New Zealand.

PM Receives ASEANAPOL Delegation



A delegation of ASEANAPOL led by Mr. Pham Qui Heo pays a courtesy call on Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen in Phnom Penh yesterday.

On the occasion, Mr. Pham Qui Heo told Premier Techo Hun Sen of the results of the ASEANAPOL Conference with its dialogue partners was aimed to further strengthen cooperation to fight terrorism, human and drugs trafficking.

In reply, Prime Minister Hun Sen expressed his believes that the 30th ASEANAPOL conference will bring about fruitful cooperation in the ASEAN community.

Nearly 300 high-ranking police officers from the ten ASEAN member countries and the dialogue partner countries including China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and the representatives of the ASEANAPOL Secretariat and Interpol attended the four-day conference hosted by Cambodia.
